be selling invoice factoring services on behalf of a market leader in the financial world. You will be presenting market leading invoice factoring to large corporates and closing the sale as well.
You will be given leads but will be expected to generate your own leads as well through referrals and networking. The company is a market leader in the UK in the financial markets.
They provide a multitude of services including invoice factoring. The company has come through the financial crisis in a much better position that their competitors and so is now looking to capitalise on that.
The company is now looking for 2 x new business development managers to join the team and continue the growth. The company has a very high staff retention rate and has a very high level of staff satisfaction.
This is down to the added benefits the company gives its team. The successful candidate will need to have come from a similar background having worked within the invoice factoring/financing industry in a sales capacity for a minimum of 2 years.
You will be a polished individual who is an effective communicator and who has a demonstrable track record of success in your chosen field. You will be a hunter at heart and will thrive off the challenge of winning new business.
You will be a solution led sales person who is outstanding at creating a strong need and closing the sale. The rewards for this role are amazing with a basic of between 35K and 45K and a on target earnings of between 70K and 90K.
You will be supplied a company car or allowance dependant on which is best suited to your current situation. There is a company pension, Healthcare and dental plan for staff and this is extended to your family after 2 years of service.
The commission structure is uncapped with current members of the team earning in excess of 100K. There is a fantastic path for career progression and this is all down to you and your determination.
