IT / Technical Sales Executive - Norwich
You will be an experienced Telesales / Account executive. Key tasks involve: * Developing customer accounts to increase number of sales.
* Business Development. * Qualification of inbound leads to prospects.
* Making a large volume of calls and emails each day to build the pipeline. Initially you will be generating inbound lead activity as much as possible, in the early stages there will be some cold calling to help build the prospect pipeline.
In addition you will provide support to external sales team members, in particular in the role of developing key accounts, identifying key contacts, potential and developing market attack plans. You will need to be experienced in selling high-volume deals to major accounts as to selling to SME's.
Use of CRM systems and databases. It is essential that all candidates have first class communication skills - written and verbal, time management, client care skills, well organised, show initiative, work to strict deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
